BY PLACING IN YOUR ORDER YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO OUR T.O.S:• The artist retain ownership of original art created by himself. Which may be used for promotional display. Unless commercial use is included.• You may ask us to add a watermark onto the artwork posted to socials.• Affiliating us and/or our art with AI or NFT related material is prohibited.• Making any profits without having paid commercial rights is prohibited.• Make sure to credit the artist and the store if you’re gonna post the artwork.• When ordering, make sure to have references and description ready.• Altering or editing the received art in any way is prohibited.• We are not responsible if you didn’t read our T.O.S. before ordering.

ORDERING :• We will take requests as long as slots are opened. If closed, you can ask to be added to the waitlist.• A rush fee to cut through waitlist is available for commercial projects only, only one slot at a time. Its price will vary based on the length of your project.• We work within the time-frame of two weeks at maximum for the final result. You will be notified if the artist needs more time and your place on queue before you pay your commission.• Once the sketch is done we will send it to you so you may ask for changes. Changes are free during the sketch phase, unless there are too many. Keep it reasonable!⚠️| We will answer you in the shortest delay to further discuss your request and proceed to payment.

PAYMENT :• Payment must be upfront, through PayPal invoicing. We will ignore any other payment method. No chargeback under any circumstances.• We will request your PayPal e-mail address to send an invoice to pay.• We will not give any refund after work has been started, except if we're unable to complete the order for any reason.• We state no chargeback because we will take responsibilities and issue refund by ourselves if we are unable to complete the order.• You can ask us for a price quote before committing to ordering or getting on waitlist.• Tips are unnecessary but appreciated !SOME ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY, SUCH AS:• Background complexity

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS :• Standard commercial rights apply additional surcharge of 50~100% of the original agreed cost of the commission,❔| What do I need commercial use for?
➥ This list is not exhaustive but includes:• Streaming assets, video assets, PNGTuber, Twitch emotes, or any broadcasting use. Any merchandise such as prints, stickers or t-shirts etc., video game assets, or any distribution / selling. It also includes the rights over a design creation if you plan to use it in any monetized way (VTubing, streaming, video-game character, etc) If the use you plan for the art isn’t listed please ask us.• The commercial use only applies to the actions specified in the agreement and will be outlined in the invoice.• You are required to credit the artist and the store in commercial works.
➥ Examples: a credits page, video description, page description, in a location visible to the public without requiring further inquiry.• All the personal-use terms applies to the commercial use.
If you use the commissioned art for commercial purposes without permission, you will be asked to remove the said art or to pay the commercial use.
